Returns & Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with the item, then simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted in sealed condition (or as received if was not in sealed packaging) as despatched and in a re-saleable condition. You must CLEARLY state the reason for return.
The customer must bear the cost of return, with the exception of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied items. Orders with such issues MUST contact us to resolve the issue and do not return the order.
Any items that are received damaged when returned (including original packaging) will not be refunded in full.
In the case of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied items, please contact us to resolve the issue and do not return the order.
All returns must state your order number.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations act, orders may be cancelled at anytime up to 14 days.
If your order has been despatched, refund of item will be processed upon return of order.
Any refund will include the order cost and any delivery cost (excluding return cost). If you have selected an enhanced delivery option, such as standard or next day delivery, rather than our economy or free delivery (selected products), we are unable to refund the enhance delivery, only the lowest cost option for the product in question.
If your order has not been despatched, cancellation and refund will be processed within 24 hours of request.
